These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "you", "Player") and bm555 ("bm555", "we", "us", "Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bm555.club and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized versions thereof ("Platform").

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. • One Bonus Per Account: Unless expressly stated in the promotion terms, each eligible promotion may be claimed once per account, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm555 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Registering more than one (1) account on the bm555 Platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related regulations.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorized technical means to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other users or the house.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the Platform or its promotional systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software underlying the bm555 Platform.

bm555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void pending withdrawals and wager outcomes, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• bm555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, AML violations, or account sharing.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority directs bm555 to suspend or close the account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or wagering activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity administration fee, details of which will be communicated to the registered mobile number prior to any fee being applied.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons not attributable to a breach by the account holder, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bm555 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from bm555.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm555's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any wagering activity shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that user during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bm555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability and regardless of whether bm555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bm555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

bm555 collects, processes, and stores personal data from account holders in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the bm555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on the bm555 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification, AML compliance, account administration, and promotional communications (where opted in).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any wagering activity shall first be submitted to bm555's internal dispute resolution process. For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bm555 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via notification to the registered mobile number and/or a notice posted on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the bm555 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your verified balance.
